The brief of this project was to build a floor of 1200 sqft. covered area on top of the existing apartment owned by the client. The idea was to design a sculptural element in the open complimenting the greens in the front.
This project is an extension to an existing home. The roof was revamped into a Tukri Slab supported by steel bars. With the frisk of light and shadow inside and the terraces embodied as gardens with a waterfall on the wall, added a pinch of dynamism in the project overall. The two floors of the house were connected by an internal staircase.
